My name is Alyson McKellar. I have called the Grand Strand “home” since 1980. Along with being a long time visual and performing artist, I have had a lifelong love affair with houses. As a child, I was fascinated by the many historical homes my family toured. It was always my favorite part of any vacation. I imagined the stories they could tell me, if only those walls could talk.
Among the things that make me an exceptional real estate agent is that I’m a great listener. The knowledge that all things and all people are connected, makes me operate from a place of compassion and empathy. When I listen to a client’s wants and needs, he can be assured that they were not only heard, but will be met to the very best of my ability. I am also quite intuitive, so when a client has difficulty articulating his wishes for the future, I find it easy to fill in the blanks. As an artist, I have a keen eye for design, and can help a buyer see the vision of the potential of a prospective property. I’m very focused, organized, and thorough. Goal oriented and driven, I will seek to meet my objectives with dogged determination.
I was educated under Jennifer Nicely at Pinnacle Real Estate Academy. She is a very meticulous teacher, and provides comprehensive information. As such, I have the very latest in leading edge knowledge of the field. My natural curiosity inevitably leads me to the ongoing scholarly pursuits necessary to make me a specialist in my field. I will be engaging in voluntary continuing education with the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors to keep my education as fresh and relevant as possible.
As your real estate agent, you will be comfortable enough to rest easily, knowing that I will exceed expectations while meeting your needs as quickly and precisely as possible.
