Our Virtual Office is our preferred customer private web site (it's an "Extranet") that will save you time and provide up-to-date property information - information that can help you learn about new properties that come on the market before other buyers do. The Extranet will let you conduct property searches for all the listings available in our Multiple Listing Service. The Extranet includes complete detail information, including addresses and photos. New listing photos may not be available for 3-5 days.

You can view thousands of properties:
Our Virtual Office clients have complete access to the public information provided by our (MLS) Multiple Listing Service. When there are so many properties for sale it can become tedious hunting down the property you want to call home. Within the Virtual Office, you can search 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, when you have the time and from the comfort of your own home or work.  If we find any properties that we think may interest you, we will insert them into our Virtual Office for you to see, and we will notify you via e-mail that we have done so. 

Automatic Daily E-Mail Notification Service:
Our Virtual Office "Property Scout" will send daily email updates every morning describing all the homes matching your home selection criteria that were listed the previous day. You will no longer have to call real estate agents to find out what is new on the market. You will know before most real estate agents get into their office.

What does it take to access our Virtual Office?
When you enter one of our agents’ Virtual Office and enter your name and e-mail address, we'll quickly email you a user name and password which will allow you access to our private Extranet web site. You will be able to use this username and password to view addresses and photos of all homes listed in our MLS.
